Bankruptcy Legal Assistant *Remote Opportunity*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team. If you have 2 or more years of experience in a BANKRUPTCY-CREDITOR RIGHTS LAW FIRM and are looking for a full-time, remote opportunity with a collaborative and professional team, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Draft and e-file various notices and forms
ā¢ Holistically analyze case status, plan treatment, docket and claims register activity
ā¢ Process files in an expeditious manner
ā¢ Provide timely notifications/documentation to clients
ā¢ Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
ā¢ Perform retrieval and related processing of incoming data and/or documentation
ā¢ Perform submission and related processing of outgoing data and/or documentation
ā¢ Perform liaison activities between our firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or 3rd parties
ā¢ Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals
