Bankruptcy Expert (Business, Personal) - Attorney - New York License
We are seeking a highly experienced New York–licensed bankruptcy and restructuring attorney to develop and execute a strategic plan addressing personal and business bankruptcy exposure. We are looking for a senior-level expert who can think strategically, negotiate aggressively, and guide execution. Key Context - The underlying business is currently operating and relatively strong, with positive forward prospects - The goal is resolution of past obligations and also a sustainable path forward - Ability and deep experience to Advise on and negotiate personal guarantees, including SBA and other lending institutions - Expertise to structure settlement offers, repayment plans, or filings where appropriate - Provide hands-on guidance through execution, not just high-level advice - Coordinate timing and sequencing to minimize long-term impact on any operations or credit To apply: Please provide a short overview of your experience in Bankruptcy law, handling complex personal and business issues, and confirm license to practice in New York.
