Banking Kafka/API Q.A.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Kafka Tester - Strong understanding of Kafka concepts, including topics, partitions, consumers, producers, and security.
• Hands-on required on Oracle and Mongo - able to write queries based on mapping logic
• Must have Message testing experience (JSON, Avro, Kafka etc).
• Strong in Kafka client configuration and troubleshooting Kafka issues
• Experience in continuous integration and automated testing.
• Able to verify the integrity of data flowing through Kafka, including data serialization/deserialization, and data validation.
• Design, Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to verify Kafka functionality, including data production, consumption, and message processing.
• Working knowledge and experience of Postman, Git.
• Agile ceremonies, X-ray and Jira/Confluence experience
• Design, develop and execute test cases for API's using Postman and Swagger
• Validate JSON responses with proper response codes, performance and error handling
• Perform both manual and automated testing of APIs
• Strong hands-on required on SQL, Oracle and Mongo
Must Have Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of API testing disciplines and methodologies.
