TECH & STACK PHILOSOPHY
Our core API and frontend engine are written in Go. We avoid heavy frameworks and instead use lightweight, carefully chosen libraries to maintain agility, flexibility, and performance.
We prioritize:
- Clean architecture
- Simplicity and correctness
- Long-term maintainability
- Engineering best practices over quick hacks

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
You must have:
1- Professional Go experience — OR strong experience in another object-oriented language with deep engineering fundamentals & skills
2- Solid understanding of JavaScript (vanilla)
3- A passion for coding, building, and learning—this is not a role for someone who just wants to “do tasks”
4- Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex problems including lots of debugging
5- Experience working with existing codebases and large projects preferred
6- Strong awareness of performance, optimization, and long-term maintainability
