What You Will Do • Design and implement backend services using Go, Python, and Rust to enhance observability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve REST API interfaces for seamless integration. • Optimize existing systems for scalability and reliability in complex network environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance. • Contribute to the development of infrastructure tools that support continuous integration and deployment processes. Ideal Candidate Background • 6-10 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on observability and infrastructure. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, C/C++, and Rust. • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs in a production environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting. Preferred • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation. • Knowledge of security best practices in software development. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $165K to $195K, complemented by competitive equity options.
