Your future role within QRT: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that support AI-driven research and financial technology solutions. Work with technology teams and data scientists to integrate machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM) technologies into user-facing and backend applications. Build high-performance APIs and data processing pipelines for AI model deployment and real-time analytics. Develop and optimize cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures to support scalable AI solutions. Ensure adherence to best software engineering practices, including clean coding, automated testing, and code reviews. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve software reliability. Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices to integrate emerging technologies into our development stack. Your present skillset: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in Python. Strong understanding of AI/ML/LLM fundamentals. Backend expertise in developing RESTful APIs. Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for high-quality software engineering. Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. Experience in modern any front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is desirable. Experience with AWS is desirable. QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
