You’ll contribute to key backend services that power our senior care recommendation platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who brings hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB, and is also comfortable navigating a .NET-based codebase.You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable code that directly impacts the families and partners we serve.What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB- Interface with and extend functionality within our existing .NET ecosystem- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and execute features- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code- Participate in code reviews and support team-wide engineering standards- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and reliability effortsWhat We’re Looking For- 5-7 years of experience in full-stack or backend software development- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js- Recent experience working with MongoDB- Familiarity with .NET and ability to work within an existing C# codebase- Experience working in agile environments with remote teams- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward executionBonus If You Have- Experience with AWS or cloud-based infrastructure- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- Previous experience in healthtech, edtech, or other mission-driven environments
