About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Senior Backend Developer to join our global team. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to architect solutions while contributing directly to our live healthcare cloud platform. You’ll work on feature development, system architecture, and possibly even ML- and AI-driven integrations to keep our product at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities • Feature development: Design, build, and maintain new platform features in collaboration with product and engineering teams. • Codebase ownership: Deliver clean, reliable code through bug fixes, testing, and peer reviews. • System architecture: Architect and refine scalable backend solutions. Cross-functional projects: Contribute to side projects that increase product versatility and client value. • Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with our international team. What you bring Hard Skills • 5+ years of Back-End development experience, with strong proficiency in Python. • Hands-on expertise with AWS and data warehousing solutions (especially Snowflake). • Familiarity with React (for context in full-stack projects). • Bonus: Experience integrating Machine Learning / AI models into back-end systems. Soft Skills • Initiative & Independence: Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward. • Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes. • Communication: Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate in a distributed, global team.
