Summary:

Tasks:

• Document handling

• Coordination of information flow

• Data management in internal systems

• Reporting and data analysis

• Communication with contractors (clients) regarding administrative matters

• Support for sales and administration teams

• Close cooperation with external sales representatives

Job requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in office or administrative work

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work with large volumes of information and deadlines

• Reliability, strong organizational skills, and good communication

• English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level (preferred)
