Back-End Developer (Python/Django)
About the Role As a Back-End Developer (Python/Django), you will be part of the Weni by VTEX 's AI Product squad. Your responsibility will be to develop applications, features, or fix bugs in applications maintained by the company, ensuring their proper functioning. You will define the architecture and functionalities of the applications, helping us make key technical decisions and assess their impact on the product in the medium and long term. What you will do Execute sprint tasks within the defined timeframe. Adopt agile development methodologies and use version control. Develop code following our quality standards. Continuously work to improve your coding skills. Who you are You have solid and hands-on experience with the Django framework. You have prior experience writing and maintaining unit tests. You have expertise in creating and maintaining REST APIs. You strive for best development practices and technical excellence. You value good documentation practices. Familiarity with AI Agents and Generative AI. A curious and proactive mindset.
