Atleast 5 years of techno functional experience in Baan IV ERP, primarily with Manufacturing and logistics area.
Co-ordinate on solve L2 and L3 support issues and work with the team on preventive and corrective actions.
Complex problem solving and conduct technical analysis to troubleshoot application issues and support the application development cycle.
Hands on Experience for using ServiceNow for Incidents/Service Requests and Change Managements processes.
Analyze and review business pain points and provide solutions to move from manual to automated process Escalation handling to ensure on time and quality support to client. Regards Ajith Kumar
