The Opportunity

We are hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) on behalf of one of our clients.

This is a full-cycle closing role responsible for converting outbound-generated leads into qualified opportunities, running executive-level sales conversations, and closing mid-to-high-ticket deals (€10K–€120K).

This role is ideal for commercially sharp sellers who thrive in performance-driven environments and know how to turn cold outreach into real revenue.

Fluent English and executive communication confidence are mandatory.

Work Model: Remote | Full-Time (8 hours/day minimum)
What You’ll Own
β€’ Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
β€’ Execute the full sales cycle: qualification β†’ discovery β†’ demo β†’ negotiation β†’ close
β€’ Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities
β€’ Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability
β€’ Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations
β€’ Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations
β€’ Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements
β€’ Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
β€’ Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1 hr/day)
β€’ Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting
β€’ Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance

Requirements

Experience
β€’ 2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
β€’ Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)
β€’ Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)
β€’ Closed deals in the €10k–€120k range
β€’ Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling

β€’ Fluent English (A Must Have)
β€’ Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
β€’ Able to uncover real problems and identify red flags early
β€’ Handles pressure well and reframes concerns effectively
