Overview:
B2B Outbound /Inbound Caller is responsible for customer communications to promote and sell premium cigars.
Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers from approved list by telephone or emailâ˘Use product knowledge to showcase the promotions being offeredâ˘Use Business Intelligence tools to track progress with new prospectsâ˘Report performance against weekly sales goals and objectives to Managerâ˘Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss business needs and goalsâ˘Solicit tobacco related orders to maintain adequately supplied Santa Clara inventory in all accountsâ˘Introduce new brands, sizes and packing to all accounts and customer contacts madeâ˘Develop and maintain business relationships with B2B customersâ˘Quote prices to B2B customers, evaluate profits & margins, up sell, provide excellentcustomer service, process ordersâ˘Prepare daily business recap of contacts/transactions made for managerâs review
Qualifications:
3+ years of Direct Sales Experienceâ˘Strong organizational skills and time management skillsâ˘Proficient with MS office and Outlook applications. Salesforce, AS400,Five9 is a plusâ˘Strong work-ethic and flexibility to balance company and client business needsâ˘Solution-orientedâ˘Exceptional interpersonal skillsâ˘Cigar knowledge and experience a plus
Work Environment Conditions:
FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing,picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.â˘TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions orideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.â˘AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinaryinformation.â˘AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspectdocuments or products or operate machinery.â˘PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of forceoccasionally.
