B2B Sales Representative
About Us: Overview: B2B Outbound /Inbound Caller is responsible for customer communications to promote and sell premium cigars. Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers from approved list by telephone or email • Use product knowledge to showcase the promotions being offered • Use Business Intelligence tools to track progress with new prospects • Report performance against weekly sales goals and objectives to Manager • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss business needs and goals • Solicit tobacco related orders to maintain adequately supplied Santa Clara inventory in all accounts • Introduce new brands, sizes and packing to all accounts and customer contacts made • Develop and maintain business relationships with B2B customers • Quote prices to B2B customers, evaluate profits & margins, up sell, provide excellentcustomer service, process orders • Prepare daily business recap of contacts/transactions made for manager’s review Qualifications: 3+ years of Direct Sales Experience •Strong organizational skills and time management skills •Proficient with MS office and Outlook applications. Salesforce, AS400,Five9 is a plus •Strong work-ethic and flexibility to balance company and client business needs •Solution-oriented •Exceptional interpersonal skills•Cigar knowledge and experience a plus Work Environment Conditions: FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing,picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together. • TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions orideas accurately, loudly, or quickly. • AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinaryinformation. • AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspectdocuments or products or operate machinery. • PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time.
