YOUR ROLE

You'll be working face-to-face with small business owners, helping them protect their employees with supplemental health benefits. You'll be trained by active top producers and supported by a high-performance team. You will:
• Prospect and present to small to mid-sized businesses
• Build your client base, then grow through re-enrollments and referrals
• Use a proprietary CRM to track outreach and follow-ups

TRAINING
• One week of classroom training to build knowledge and fundamentals
• Heavy in-the-field coaching with top performers during your first few weeks - we help you build skills and confidence quickly
• Training meetings weekly (you can attend remotely)
• Access to podcasts and conference calls so you can continue sharpening your saw and learning from top performers all across the country
