B2B Sales: High-Performance Sales Reps & Appointment Setters in Employee Benefits

We're building a national sales team for one of the most disruptive employee benefits models on the market — and we’re looking for two types of people:
• Experienced health insurance or benefits advisors who are tired of outdated plans, shrinking commissions, and bloated carrier-driven systems
• Elite-level cold callers and outbound pros who know how to get through to decision-makers and set high-quality meetings

If you can open doors, we’ll back you with strong marketing, real support, and a product that’s actually worth selling. If you know the space already, we can hand you something far more competitive than what you’re used to pushing.

What We're Selling:
A concierge-driven, cost-saving health benefits solution tailored for small and mid-sized employers. It’s designed to outcompete traditional group plans — better care, lower costs, and more flexibility for business owners.

What You'll Do:
• Make outbound calls to business owners, CFOs, HR leaders
• Pitch a better way to offer employee benefits (we’ll train you on the value prop)
• Book qualified appointments for our in-house closers
• Option to step into a closer or leadership role as you grow
• Use our CRM and sales tools to track pipeline and performance

Who Thrives Here:
• 2+ years in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B outbound sales
• OR experience selling employee benefits, health insurance, or PEO/TPA models
• Able to navigate gatekeepers and get to decision-makers
• Sharp, hungry, and self-motivated
• Knows how to create urgency and value in under 60 seconds

Bonus Points If You:
• Have a network in the benefits world
• Understand self-funded, level-funded, or alternative health plans
• Are licensed (not required, but a big plus)
