B2B Sales Closer – Earn $100–$300+ Per Client (Local Contracts)
Job Summary
Growing local courier business looking for a confident, driven salesperson to help expand into new business accounts.
This is NOT a passive or script-reading role. You’ll be speaking directly with local businesses, building quick rapport, and turning conversations into new clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Connect with local businesses (medical offices, labs, pharmacies, law firms, etc.)
• Speak with decision-makers and introduce our services
• Build real conversations (not robotic scripts)
• Turn interest into new clients and booked services
• Keep simple notes from calls
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills and natural confidence on the phone
• Sales mindset — comfortable guiding conversations and asking for the business
• Resilient — able to handle rejection and keep going
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Based in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time hours
Preferred:
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or business outreach
• Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers
Pay:
• $12/hour base
• $100–$300+ per new client (based on account size)
• Additional bonuses for larger or long-term contracts
Top performers can scale their earnings quickly as new clients are brought on.
