B2B Sales Agents – Digital Marketing, AI Tools & Franchise Conversion (High Commissions) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for expert, results-driven B2B sales agents to help us sell digital marketing packages and AI-powered training programs, with a unique opportunity to convert clients into long-term partners within a nationwide franchise system.

What You’ll Do
- Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, DMs)
- Use AI tools to automate and scale prospecting
- Qualify and close businesses on marketing packages
- Nurture relationships and upsell clients into higher-value programs
- Identify strong operators and convert them into franchise candidates
- Manage pipeline from first contact → deal → long-term partnership
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales (agency, SaaS, consulting, or services)
- Strong in cold outreach and closing
- Comfortable managing a longer sales cycle (multi-step deals)
- Interested in high-ticket sales and business opportunities (franchise deals)
- Self-driven, organized, and performance-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience selling digital marketing services
- Experience in franchise sales or business opportunities
- Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel or similar
Compensation: Hourly/Weekly AND Commission-based (multiple layers):
- Marketing packages
- Upsells / training programs
- Franchise conversions (high-ticket payouts)
- Performance commissions / bonuses
