Position: Azure Platform Engineer (Remote)
Location: Toronto, ON
Job type: Full-time/Permanent Hiring
Job Description
Azure Cloud/DevOps Engineer role focused on Azure infrastructure, networking, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform automation, and cloud operations with strong exposure to Azure networking, DevOps, scripting, and incident management.
Roles & Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and manage Azure networking infrastructure using Terraform
ā¢ Configure VNets, NSGs, Route Tables, DNS, VNet peering, and Private Endpoints
ā¢ Develop and maintain IaC solutions and automation scripts
ā¢ Support CI/CD and DevOps integration using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions
ā¢ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Azure infrastructure issues
ā¢ Implement cloud security and compliance best practices
ā¢ Provide on-call support and maintain high availability of Azure services
ā¢ Collaborate with development and operations teams for cloud integrations
Must-Have Skills
ā¢ Microsoft Azure
ā¢ Azure Networking (VNet, NSG, Route Tables, DNS, Private Endpoints)
ā¢ Terraform / Terraform Cloud
ā¢ Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
ā¢ Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
ā¢ PowerShell / Bash / Python
ā¢ Git workflow & CI/CD
ā¢ Azure Security & Compliance
ā¢ Incident Management & Troubleshooting
ā¢ Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking, App Services)
Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
ā¢ Terraform State management
