The Position
We're looking to hire a AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
ā¢ Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
ā¢ Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We Are Looking For
ā¢ 5+ years of experience with AWS Solutions Architecture and deployment.
ā¢ Advanced English is required.
ā¢ Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
ā¢ Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
ā¢ Experience with AWS-based data and messaging services, including PostgreSQL (RDS/Aurora), RabbitMQ or Amazon MQ, and Redis/Valkey or ElastiCache.
ā¢ Proficiency in background task processing and observability, using Celery with integration of tools like Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
ā¢ Familiarity with AI service integration, particularly using AWS Bedrock for generative AI capabilities.
ā¢ Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, networking, monitoring, cost analysis.
ā¢ Ability to produce clear documentation and project estimates.
ā¢ Familiarity with CI/CD, Including GitHub Actions or CodePipeline.
ā¢ Experience with containerization, such as Docker, ECS Fargate, or EKS.
ā¢ Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, or NIST security compliance frameworks.
ā¢ AWS Professional Certification as a Solutions Architect.
ā¢ Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
ā¢ Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
ā¢ Forensic attention to detail.
ā¢ A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
ā¢ Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
ā¢ Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
ā¢ Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
ā¢ Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
ā¢ Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
