AVP, Research Science and Advanced Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Research Science And Advanced Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,500 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities
• Lead a team delivering analytics and research results for clients
• Manage analyst resources to optimize performance and project timelines
• Serve as a thought leader in programming and research methodologies
• Establish programming standards and quality control processes
• Develop training materials for onboarding new staff

Qualifications
• 10+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical experience, including 5+ in consulting
• 5+ years of experience managing technical analytic teams
• Expertise in advanced statistical methods for healthcare applications
• Strong programming skills in SAS, SQL, R, and Python
• Knowledge of SDLC and HEOR workflows
