AVP Key Accounts, Healthcare - Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AVP, Key Accounts Healthcare to lead a team of Key Account Executives (KAEs) in driving revenue growth and customer retention. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of $250M+ in revenue, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the success of high-value customer engagements. The AVP will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to implement innovative sales methodologies, optimize performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Key Responsibilities β€’ Sales Leadership & Strategy β€’ Own sales and profitability across the assigned Key Accounts portfolio. β€’ Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow revenue through effective contract negotiations and opportunity prioritization. β€’ Drive alignment with corporate sales initiatives and collaborate with category leaders and senior leadership. β€’ Team Development & Performance Management β€’ Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 direct reports, coaching them on sales methodologies, techniques, and strategic execution. β€’ Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team meetings to review sales performance, share insights, and develop skills. β€’ Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture. β€’ Customer Engagement & Business Growth β€’ Oversee complex customer relationships, ensuring seamless engagement and long-term business success. β€’ Attend virtual and in-person client meetings with Key Account Executives to support deal closures and relationship management. β€’ Utilize data-driven insights and Next Generation Selling Tools to enhance the sales process and effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. β€’ Experience: β€’ 10+ years of sales and business development experience. β€’ 5+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams. β€’ Proven track record of managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and negotiating complex deals. β€’ Skills & Competencies: β€’ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and consultative selling skills. β€’ Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-caliber sales team. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. β€’ Expertise in sales technology and CRM tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
