AVP, Account Executive - Express Wholesale Lending

Genesis Capital (the “Company”) is one of the largest business purpose lenders in the country, focused on providing commercial real estate financing solutions to real estate developers who buy, renovate, and sell single-family and/or multi-family residential real estate. The Company is a subsidiary of Rithm Capital (parent company), a publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust.

The AVP, Account Executive - Express Wholesale Lending will drive production in express wholesale lending and assist with the expansion of broker relationships at Genesis.

Principal Duties:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Source and onboard wholesale brokers specializing in Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loans.
Evaluate deal viability and ensure alignment with credit guidelines, structure transactions in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage and track pipeline activity through Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Execute consistent outbound prospecting and follow-up to maximize broker engagement.
Represent Genesis Capital at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Partner with leadership to refine processes and contribute to best practices for the channel.
Achieve and exceed KPIs related to broker onboarding, call activity, deal submissions, and fundings.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in private lending, wholesale mortgage, or third-party originations.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Proven track record of production—ability to demonstrate consistent monthly volume of $2M+.
Recognized performer in private lending or fix-and-flip space.
Established broker network or ability to build one quickly.
Strong understanding of business-purpose lending products (Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up) and underwriting principles.
Tenacious sales drive with comfort in high-volume outreach.
Process-oriented with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring quality loan performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
