The Aviation Software Sales Associate at mba Aviation is a pivotal role focused on driving sales efforts for the company's digital service offerings. The Sales Associate will leverage client and industry feedback to assist in the technical design, development, and management of mba's digital infrastructure products. This role requires a proactive approach to research and lead development across mba's core aviation industry sectors, including aviation finance and safety. In this hybrid position, the Sales Associate will work from home on certain days while coming into the office on others. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry, such as airlines, aircraft manufacturers, leasing companies, and regulatory bodies. The Sales Associate will develop a deep understanding of mba's offerings, including aviation finance and safety software solutions, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients. The responsibilities also include driving sales activities from lead generation to contract negotiation, utilizing CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. The Sales Associate will lead virtual and live demonstrations of mba's digital systems, visit potential clients to support sales efforts, and assist in designing marketing collateral that highlights mba's digital products. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, or other relevant field preferred).
