Responsibilities
Ā Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat.
Ā Provide accurate information about products and services through online chat.
Ā Narrow down on appointment details to schedule bookings.
Ā Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the continuously evolving products and services.
Ā Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
Ā Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not mandatory.
Ā Typing speed of at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM or above is preferred.
Ā Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
Ā Strong ability to multitask; gaming experience may be beneficial.
Ā Positive and professional demeanor.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
