Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing automotive professional with an established network of dealership relationships to help drive rapid growth. This is not an entry-level role — success in this position depends on the ability to leverage existing connections, open doors quickly, and convert opportunities into revenue.

The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, speaks the language of dealer principals and general managers, and has a proven track record of generating and closing business within the automotive retail space.

What we're looking for
• A self-starter who can create immediate pipeline from an existing book of business
• Someone respected within their market who can get meetings without cold outreach
• Strong communicator who can position value at both the executive and operational level
• Ability to move quickly from introduction → demo → close
• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-oriented role

Ideal Background
• Former OEM field representative, district manager, or regional role supporting dealerships
• Experience selling solutions or services into automotive dealerships
• Established relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and marketing leaders
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, CRM/marketing workflows, and revenue drivers
• Proven ability to generate meetings, run demos, and close deals in a consultative sales environment
