Key Responsibilities

Ā Capture customer contact information to assist in lead generation and client follow-up.
Ā Summarize customer interactions according to their specific needs for client insight.
Required Skills
Ā Strong customer service abilities and capacity to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Proficient typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred).
Ā Basic understanding of internet and Windows-based computer applications.
Ā Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is a plus.
Ā Positive and professional attitude, with a strong capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications
Ā Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ā Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ā Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
