Automotive Program Manager Jr - Remote (Guadalajara, MX)
Focus on Mechanical and Physical Engineering. Develops competency in own area of expertise. Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others. Interprets clients needs. Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision. Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions. Contributes in teamwork and interacts with customers. YOUR ROLE You will act as the Program Manager for complex automotive programs within the Driveline/Transmission systems family. You will be accountable for program execution from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, timing, and strategic business objectives while serving as the primary technical and program reference for your component family YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering field. 2-3 years of experience in automotive industry. Proven experience in Program or Project Management within automotive product development. Strong exposure to Driveline/Powertrain systems, particularly transmission‑related components. Solid understanding of system development and product life‑cycle processes. Knowledge of financial and cost management. Good communication and executive level reporting.
