Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Automotive Digital Consultant at Proficy Digital Inc. The consultant will be responsible for providing strategic, full-funnel consulting services to automotive dealerships, optimizing their digital marketing efforts across a variety of platforms including search, social and streaming. The consultant will be called upon to develop strong, trusted client relationships through delivering high performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, implementing customer service strategies, communicating effectively with clients to clearly understand goals and drive results, and other administrative duties as assigned to drive performance.
Qualifications
● Customer Satisfaction, Communication, Consulting, and Customer Service skills
● Experience managing $1MM+ annual digital ad spend across multiple digital channels is required
● Experience in the automotive industry, have the ability "talk the talk" with dealer GM
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to work independently and remotely
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
