Key Responsibilities
Ā Address a diverse array of customer inquiries via online chat

Ā Gather appointment-related details to facilitate scheduling
Ā Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our constantly evolving products and services
Ā Accumulate customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations
Ā Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review
Required Skills
Ā Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on maintaining a fast-paced work environment
Ā Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; prior gaming experience is advantageous
Ā Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Ā Basic proficiency in internet usage and window-based computer skills
Ā Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
Qualifications
Ā Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory
Ā Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Ā Candidates should be able to pass a background check
Ā At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center, or office setting is preferred
