If you want to make a big impact and lead our quality efforts, your journey starts here, at the heart of 3Pillar's product development.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, development, and execution of automation test strategies across multiple projects.Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium or Pytest with Python.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, UI, and data validations.Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to automate data pipelines and validate data integrity across systems.Conduct end-to-end testing of Synapse Data Pipeline Power BI dashboards and reports, including data validation and visualization accuracy.Work with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, provide estimations, and manage test deliverables.Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD integrations and test management.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on frameworks like Selenium or Pytest using Python.Hands-on experience in building and automating data pipelines (ETL testing experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Storage, etc.) and Azure DevOps.Experience with Power BI testing including DAX, data modeling, and report validation.Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum), test management, and defect tracking tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Prior experience in the healthcare domain is mandatory.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Originally posted on Himalayas
