Automation Specialist (Zapier + AI + Content Ops)
I run a boutique real estate firm in NYC and need a technical automation specialist to build a clean, reliable content distribution system using Zapier, Google Sheets, Buffer, Canva, and OpenAI. This is not a creative role. This is a systems + automation build. You will build: A Google Sheets “content warehouse” Zaps that send approved posts to Buffer for IG / LinkedIn / X / Facebook Optional: Zap to generate social posts from my newsletter using OpenAI and write them into the Sheet Testing, QA, and documentation so I can maintain it Stack: Zapier Canva Buffer Google Sheets Mailchimp or Substack OpenAI (ChatGPT) You should have experience with: Multi-step Zapier builds AI content structuring (JSON) Google Sheets data mapping Social scheduling integrations Debugging broken Zaps Clear documentation This is a technical project, not social media management. Timeline: 1–2 weeks total (approx. 8–12 hours of work) Deliverable: I can publish a newsletter → 10–20 posts auto-generate → I mark READY → posts go live across platforms via Buffer.
