Job Title: Automation Engineer for Salesforce Work Location: Albany NY—Remote (This is remote role) Duration of Engagement: 12 months Experience:10 years Job Type: Contract to Hire (CTH) Overview: Duties and Responsibilities: • This is a position for an Automation Engineer for Salesforce. • The consultant will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enable program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement. • Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, the Salesforce developer will turn architecture blueprints into functional, high-performing, and secure applications that meet the agency’s needs. Mandatory Qualifications • Level II: More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects, with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer. • Level II: More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM / Case Management, etc.). • Level II: More than three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business processes and case management processes. Desirable Qualifications • Six (6) months of experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms). • One (1) year of experience with Salesforce data model and security model. • Six (6) months of experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. • Six (6) months of experience configuring case management for the public sector. • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
