Automation and onboarding specialist for home service SAAS

We are launching a GoHighLevel-powered SaaS platform targeting home service professionals (plumbers, landscapers, HVAC, cleaners, etc.). We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to set up a complete onboarding workflow for new users and provide ready-to-use tutorials so clients can start using the platform immediately. Your responsibilities will include: β€’ Set up automated welcome emails and SMS sequences for new client sign-ups. β€’ Create step-by-step onboarding workflows within HighLevel, including sub-account creation, template assignments, and setup guidance. β€’ Create or source tutorial materials (videos or PDFs) for onboarding new clients. Grey-labeled or white-labeled content is acceptable, as long as it can be branded for our SaaS. Tutorials should clearly guide users through setting up campaigns, using templates, and leveraging all key automation features. β€’ Integrate automated task reminders and follow-ups to guide users through the platform. β€’ Provide documentation or brief tutorials for our internal team on how the automation works. Requirements / Skills: β€’ Extensive experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, triggers, campaigns, and sub-accounts. β€’ Strong understanding of email and SMS automation best practices. β€’ Experience creating SaaS onboarding flows for small businesses. β€’ Ability to design intuitive, easy-to-follow onboarding processes. β€’ Experience with home service SaaS or CRMs is a plus. β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver fully functional, ready-to-use systems. Deliverables: β€’ Fully automated onboarding workflow for new clients. β€’ Branded tutorial materials (videos/PDFs) covering all key features and processes. β€’ Documentation of the automation for internal reference. Project Type: β€’ Short-term contract to implement the system for launch, with potential ongoing support or updates. How to Apply: 1.
