AutoCAD Designer (Temporary)
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated AutoCAD Designer to support a project-based assignment in Johnson City, TX. This temporary role will focus on updating and creating floor plans, evacuation maps, assembly drawings, and schematics across multiple locations. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a mix of remote work, office collaboration, and field visits. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Update and modify existing AutoCAD floor plans and schematics
ā¢ Travel to multiple sites to verify layouts and gather field data
ā¢ Create evacuation maps, furniture layouts, and assembly drawings
ā¢ Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders
ā¢ Provide drafting support for project planning and executive approvals
ā¢ Review and update line drawings of construction assemblies and material guides
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD required
ā¢ Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
ā¢ MEP experience is a plus
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
ā¢ Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required
