About the position
Responsibilities
• Perform title check-in duties to ensure all vehicles have valid titles.
• Manage title filing and distribution processes efficiently.
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
• Interact with title vendors and auto auctions regularly.
• Collaborate with other Remarketing team members and groups within Chase Auto Finance.
• Adhere to all departmental procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks.
Requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Quick learner with the ability to retain information.
• Ability to work well under deadline pressures.
• 10 key typing skills by touch, preferred speed of 35+ WPM.

• Previous experience with vehicle titles.
