Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster | Remote
Our client is looking to add an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Examiner to their team. This role plays a vital part in managing complex Auto Bodily Injury claims, specifically within the Non-Standard auto market. The position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work and includes full benefits while on assignment. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a permanent role within 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Investigate and evaluate Auto Bodily Injury claims to determine liability and assess damages.
ā¢ Conduct thorough reviews of accident details, coverage, and injury documentation, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
ā¢ Negotiate fair and timely settlements, manage litigation exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel when necessary.
ā¢ Provide recommendations on coverage issues and participate in continuous improvement of internal claims handling standards.
ā¢ Maintain detailed documentation within the claims management system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
ā¢ Support and mentor less experienced adjusters by sharing technical guidance and best practices on complex claims.
Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience handling Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims
ā¢ Must be well versed in handling attorney repped and litigated files
ā¢ Active Adjuster License strongly preferred.
ā¢ Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a solid track record of resolving claims efficiently.
ā¢ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex claim scenarios.
ā¢ Familiarity with claims systems (e.g., Guidewire, ClaimCenter) and Microsoft Office Suite.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Salary & Benefits:
ā¢ $33.00/hr to $40.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
