We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual for an Authorization Data Entry position. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing a shared inbox and accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the careerzynith system. **About the Role**
As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to authorization requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the careerzynith system
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of authorizations and related documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve authorization-related issues
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and policies related to authorization processes
**Requirements**
- Residency: Must reside in the state of Illinois
- Identification: Must possess a valid Illinois State ID or Driver's License (required for access to certain state systems)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a self-starter mindset are essential
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour
- Full-time position with 40 hours of work per week
