Auditor (Hybrid)

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking an Auditor I to join their Audits & Investigations team. This role involves assisting with compliance, financial, and management audits to verify the accuracy and validity of payments to healthcare providers in California's Medi-Cal program. Responsibilities Assist with compliance, financial and/or management audits Conduct in-house desk audits and field audits Verify payments to providers and their reported costs for compliance with governing laws and regulations Skills Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov.
