Audit Staff - Remote - Home Based
Well established, highly profitable CPA firm specializing in the audits of both publicy traded and closely held corporations in a variety of industries, offers a very reasonable home based work / life balance, fast track promotions, and above market compensation packages. High base salary plus paid overtime at time and one half. Relocation and H1 visa transfer assistance are available for exceptional out of town candidates.
We are looking for an experienced, sharp-minded and personable experienced Audit Staff to join our team. We need someone who is willing to provide outstanding services for our clients, and have a passion for the public accounting industry. The ideal candidate must be organized and have superior communication skills.
Duties:
Plan and execute audits in accordance with auditing standards
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the clients primary contract where
appropriate
Identify issues and make suggestions for improvement
Communicate status of work on a timely basis
Complete assigned projects within engagement timelines
Participate in trainings and firm activities
Requirements:
Loyal
Willing to learn
Minimum of 1-2 years of U S based CPA firm external financial audit experience
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
Previous experience in a public accounting firm
CPA or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPA
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and take initiatives on projects
Exceptional project and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be flexible
