Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including risk assessment and reporting.
⢠Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
⢠Collaborate with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their operations and compliance requirements.
⢠Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
⢠Identify areas for improvement within client operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
⢠CPA certification is required.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
⢠Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
⢠Experience in supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
