Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior OR Supervisor with expertise in the healthcare sector to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including risk assessment and reporting.
ā¢ Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
ā¢ Collaborate with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their operations and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
ā¢ Identify areas for improvement within client operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ā¢ CPA certification is required.
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
ā¢ Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
ā¢ Experience in supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
