We are seeking an exceptional Audit Director to lead our audit coverage across the Global Commercial Services (GCS) portfolio. As a key member of our Internal Audit Group, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and drive business results.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to execute audits in the GCS Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement portfolio, ensuring adequate workpaper quality and effective stakeholder challenge and escalation. You will communicate audit objectives, scope, risks, and findings articulately and with impact to individuals at various levels of business management, and develop and maintain collaborative senior stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to execute audits in the GCS Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement portfolio
Plan, execute, and oversee audits and issue validations, ensuring adequate workpaper quality and effective stakeholder challenge and escalation
Communicate audit objectives, scope, risks, and findings to stakeholders
Develop and maintain collaborative senior stakeholder relationships across the enterprise
Drive organizational improvements and impacts through continuous innovation
Enable the deployment and optimal utilization of data analytics on all applicable assignments
Effectively teach, coach, and develop team members in all aspects of the audit methodology

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience in audit or other relevant role in the financial services, risk management, banking, or card products industry
BA or BS in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent degree
Experience auditing commercial banking products and services, including sales, sales incentives, account development, marketing, and business enablement
Ability to break down complex problems and communicate issues and control recommendations with transparency, integrity, and impact
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business, or another related field
Relevant audit and professional certifications (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), etc.)
Interest in working with data, interpreting results, and experience with data analytics tools and data visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Access, SQL, Power BI, Python, SAS, Hive, and/or Spark
