This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative clients navigating complex reporting frameworks, funding structures, and regulatory landscapes. You'll lead assurance engagements, manage a team, and collaborate with senior leadership across offices in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage assurance, accounting, and tax services for a portfolio of tech-focused private and public clients. • Lead audit engagements from planning through client review and financial statement sign-off. • Provide strategic insights to clients on ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements. • Collaborate with startups, scale-arenaflex, and venture/PE-backed businesses to support financial operations and compliance. • Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies. • Ensure reporting deadlines are met and engagement quality is maintained. Qualifications: • University degree with a specialization in Accounting. • CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion). • Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to technology clients. • Strong understanding of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience with audit, accounting, and tax software (e.g., CaseWare, Taxprep, QuickBooks). • Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality client service.
