Audit & Assurance Manager

We prioritize creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where all talents are valued and developed.The Audit & Assurance Manager role is a leadership position focused on keeping large audit teams aligned, supported, and performing at a high level—without being a day-to-day hands-on engagement role. You’ll partner closely with US leadership and client stakeholders to monitor workload, guide performance reviews, and remove delivery roadblocks across the team. Responsibilities:
Service DeliveryCheck-in with team members to monitor workload and performanceCoordinate with Partners and Managers to track team progressEnsure alignment between team activities and organizational goalsSupport service delivery standards without direct engagement involvementTeam LeadershipMonitor team performance through regular check-insLiaise with client leaders to gather performance insightsLead performance review processes for team members by guiding US Leaders on GR8 Global performance processesManage and support a team based in the PhilippinesServe as a bridge between team members and senior leadershipClient ManagementSupport client relationship management effortsParticipate in client discovery calls and intake meetings to provide insightsFacilitate communication between clients and engagement teamsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with US leadership on strategic initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-7 years of experience in Audit and Assurance environmentStrong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reportingExperience in team coordination and performance managementDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels, including staff members and executive leadershipBackground in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skillsCPA (Required); MBA (Preferred)SKILLS & COMPETENCIESAdvanced proficiency in MS Office SuiteStrong data analysis and reporting skillsExperience with accounting software and documentation toolsExcellent leadership abilitiesEffective listening and communication skillsWFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
