Join CohnReznick as an Audit Associate in Sunrise, FL, supporting diverse clients with auditing, accounting, and assurance services in a hybrid work environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Assisting in audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services • Preparing client deliverables and work papers • Resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making client inquiries • Understanding clients’ accounting systems • Applying concepts of materiality and audit risk • Preparing well-documented, cross-referenced work papers that are clear and explainable • Collaborating with a team of Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners About You The company is looking for: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting • Plan to complete 150 credit hours between December 2025 and September 2026 to qualify for CPA licensure • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in major and overall • Leadership experience in extracurricular activities preferred • Prior work or internship experience, preferably in accounting • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-based culture • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Proof of work authorization (U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency) required; no sponsorship for entry-level roles Compensation & Benefits • Generous paid time off (PTO) • Flexible work environment with hybrid schedule averaging 3 days in office per week • Expanded parental leave • Extensive learning and development opportunities • Paid time off for volunteering Training & Development • Performance coaching to establish goals, provide feedback, and support career path development • Assigned CR Friend for onboarding support and ongoing guidance Career Progression • Opportunities to advance to Senior Manager and Partner roles, many of whom began as Associates at CohnReznick How to Apply Submit your application with proof of work authorization.
