A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA, and focuses on providing remote audiology assessments and interventions for school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Conduct telehealth audiological evaluations and screenings for students
⢠Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
⢠Collaborate remotely with educators and school staff to support students' hearing and communication needs
⢠Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records
⢠Provide guidance and counseling to students and families regarding hearing health and assistive listening devices
Qualifications and Experience:
⢠Professional certification and licensure as an Audiologist
⢠Demonstrated experience in telehealth audiology services, preferably in an educational environment
⢠Strong communication skills for remote interactions with students, families, and school personnel
⢠Ability to operate telehealth technology and adapt assessment techniques to virtual platforms
⢠Knowledge of pediatric audiology and amplification devices
