Position: Bahasa Indonesian Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: 10ā20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Bahasa Indonesian. Follow detailed constraints and instructions.
ā¢ Produce high-quality written outputs in Bahasa Indonesian, with supporting work in English when required.
ā¢ Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strict adherence to formatting and stylistic guidelines. Capture nuances such as tone, intent, and regional variations.
ā¢ Establish clear expectations for correct and high-quality responses in general consumer audio contexts.
ā¢ Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Bahasa Indonesian and English. Document standards for consistency across evaluations.
ā¢ Conduct model testing and grading. Evaluate responses for accuracy, completeness, fluency, and instructional clarity. Provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Native or near-native fluency in Bahasa Indonesian (spoken and written) and professional fluency in English.
ā¢ Ability to accurately transcribe and analyze Bahasa Indonesian audio content across general consumer contexts.
ā¢ Available to commit 10ā20 hours per week.
Preferred
ā¢ College students or recent graduates.
ā¢ Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, or technical disciplines.
ā¢ Prior experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Bahasa Indonesian.
ā¢ Familiarity with dialectal variations and contemporary usage.
ā¢ Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
