The Sales Director will lead business development, sales, and territory management efforts for bar review and law school-focused products. This role involves building strong relationships with law schools, student organizations, and campus influencers. In addition to driving sales, youâll also be a key resource for students preparing for the bar examâoffering guidance, support, and expert knowledge on exam strategies. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to increase product engagement and meet sales goals
Build and maintain relationships with law schools, faculty, student groups, and academic influencers
Organize and lead promotional events, presentations, webinars, and in-person campus visits
Recruit, train, and support student brand ambassadors to increase campus visibility
Provide one-on-one mentoring and product support to students preparing for the bar exam
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and share market feedback
Maintain up-to-date records and track outreach efforts using a CRM system
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; bar admission (preferably UBE) strongly preferred
Passion for legal education and helping students succeed
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsâboth written and verbal
Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and virtual communication platforms
Self-starter with the ability to work independently from a home office, campus, or while traveling
Previous experience in sales, education, or legal fields is a plus
