Attorney - Workers Compensation Defense

About the Opportunity
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers Compensation Defense team. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the State of Florida. We are looking for a detail-oriented litigator with strong writing skills and a passion for defense work.
Your Responsibilities
ā¢ Independently manage a caseload of Workers Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
ā¢ Review claims files and medical records with strong attention to detail
ā¢ Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
ā¢ Represent clients at hearings and assist with all aspects of motion practice
ā¢ Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and adjusters
ā¢ Collaborate with Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development
Required Education & Experience
ā¢ Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
ā¢ Active Florida Bar License (required)
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of Workers Compensation defense experience
ā¢ Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
ā¢ Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
