Attorney- Worker's Compensation
About the Role:
Our clients are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their growing California team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a dedicated caseload while working fully remote, providing flexibility without compromising on high‑quality litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license.
• 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload remotely.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
